Recognizing that the deployment of the IRP in Québec must be representative of the SPOs present throughout the territory and that the program must be deployed in such a way as to meet the financing needs of SPOs wishing to prepare for investment, an Advisory Council has been set up to allow as many stakeholders as possible to inform the deployment process of the IRP.
Advisory Council
The Advisory Council governs the framework within which the IRP is deployed in Québec, including eligibility criteria and project analysis criteria. The organisations and their representatives who are members of the Advisory Council are (in alphabetical order of the organisation):
